Every booking requires a 20 % deposit to secure your appointment. We will not hold any appointments until a deposit is received. Deposits are payable via bank transfer or paypal. We will always send you confirmation of your booking on receipt of your deposit.

Please check social media or website for any promotions offers, however we always offer discounted rates for bundled services and regular maintenance cleans.

We do ask that you remove any small items of furniture and delicate items from the area to a safe place, we can assist in moving light furniture however this can be discussed at the survey.

We will always pre vacuum at the start of the services as this is a very important part of the cleaning process for any carpet and upholstery clean, we would however advise you hoover prior to our arrival if this is possible.

This depends on which cleaning service is right for you, the fabric, carpet type, level of soiling, and environmental factors. Low-moisture cleaning can dry within 30 minutes, stem cleaning 2- 3 hours. We always advise a window is slightly open if possible to help the drying process along with our turbo air movers.

We are trained to tackle all types of stains, again it depends on many factors, how long the stain has been there, has it been home cleaned? ect.. While we can not guarantee complete removal we will use our professional knowledge, techniques and products to achieve the best possible results. This will be discussed at the survey.

We offer a range of cleaning methods including hot water extraction ( steam cleaning ) low-moisture and dry cleaning. The safest and best cleaning method for your carpet and upholstery will be discussed at the survey.

It's generally recommended to have your carpets and upholstery professionally cleaned every 6 - 12 months, however high traffic areas may require more frequent cleaning.
