THE SURVEY - an initial free survey of the carpet will be undertaken to determine the structure and fibers used in the carpet along with any stains, problem areas and fitting of the carpet. Then a personal cleaning plan can be put in place using the best eco, family and pet friendly cleaning solutions for you and your home, resulting in the best professional clean.
THOROUGH PRE-VACUUM - 80% of soiling in a carpet is dry particulate, soil, dirt, and dust…. We use a 2 motor commercial-grade vacuum.
PRE-TREATMENT - a targeted treatment solution is applied to break down and loosen dirt, stains and allergens embedded in the carpet fibers
MACHINE AGITATION - this opens up the carpet pile and works the cleaning agent deep into the pile and around every fiber breaking down stubborn soils.
HOT WATER EXTRACTION (steam cleaning) - utilisation of high-pressure hot water extraction to deep clean the carpet, extracting dirt, debris and cleaning solution out of the carpet and into the waste tank of our machine, we use an extraction solution to protect the carpet, prevent rapid re-soiling and resetting the correct PH level.
SPOT AND STAIN REMOVAL - careful treatment of individual areas and stains using specialized solutions and techniques, ensures a comprehensive cleaning process with amazing results.
POST-CLEANING INSPECTION - an inspection to ensure all areas meet the desired cleanliness level and address any remaining concerns.
POST-GROOMING - lightly grooming the carpet fibers enhances their overall appearance and facilitates fast drying when used with our professional turbo dryer air movers.
