booking payment and cancellation
Upon booking our services, a deposit of 20% of the total quoted price is required The remaining balance shall be payable upon completion of the service. Cancellations within 48 hours before the appointment means we reserve the right to retain the deposit. Cancellation made by the customer more than 48 hours before will result in a full refund.
minimum service charge
In the event that the total cost of services provided falls below £75.00 the customer agrees to pay a minimum service charge of £75.00. . this minimum service charge ensures that our costs associated with providing services are covered adequately. The minimum service charge will be applied regardless of the duration or extent of services rendered. By engaging our services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by the minimum service charge clause.
liability
Sha-zam shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of the provision of our services, except where such damage or losses arise from our negligence or wilful misconduct. The customer agrees to provide clear access to the premises to facilitate the provision of services by Sha-zam. Any delays or inability to access the premises may result in rescheduling of the appointment and additional charges.
warranty
Sha-zam warrants that our services will be performed with reasonable care and skill. Any issues or dissatisfaction with the services provided must be reported within 24 hours of completion of the service, and reasonable efforts will be made to rectify the issue promptly. By booking our services, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions of sale between sha-zam and themselves.
